PayJustNow Proprietary Limited (“PayJustNow”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is the promoter of all competitions run by PayJustNow, unless otherwise stated.

  1. Acceptance of Rules
    By entering any competition conducted by PayJustNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted by law. These rules will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
  2. Privacy
    All personal information collected during a competition will be processed in accordance with PayJustNow’s Privacy Policy, which is available at: https://www.payjustnow.com/privacy-policy.
  3. Eligibility Criteria
    4.1 You will only be eligible to participate in a PayJustNow competition if:
    a) You are an active PayJustNow customer with a valid, active facility at the time of entry;
    b) Your PayJustNow account is in good standing (i.e. no arrears, defaults, or flagged behaviour); and
    c) You have not won a PayJustNow competition in the last 12 (twelve) months.
  4. Entry Conditions
    Entry mechanics will be communicated in specific competition announcements and must be followed in full to be eligible.

Pay in 12 Campaign Specific Terms

  1. a) To enter the Pay in 12 Survey competition, participants must complete the campaign survey in full and provide their contact information as requested. Incomplete or partially completed surveys will not be eligible for entry.

b) The competition closes at 23:59 on Friday, 20 February 2026. No late submissions will be accepted.

c) Winners will be selected by random draw on Monday, 23 February 2026.

d) Three (3) winners will each receive R1,000 (one thousand rand), which will be credited directly into their PayJustNow wallet. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

e) Winners will be contacted directly using the contact details provided in the survey. Should a winner not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the winner will be disqualified, and an alternative winner will be selected in accordance with clause 7.3 below.

f) All other general competition Terms and Conditions apply.

  • Technical Issues
    Although PayJustNow will take all reasonable steps to ensure the proper functioning of its platforms, it will not be liable for any technical issues, lost entries, delays, or incorrectly received entries.
  • Winner Selection and Prizes
    7.1 Winners will be selected through a random draw process.
    7.2 The prize will be deposited into the winner’s PayJustNow wallet. Prizes will not be issued in cash or transferred to any third party.
    7.3 Winners will be contacted via direct message on social media or email. Should the winner not respond within 48 hours, the winner will be disqualified, and an alternative winner will be chosen.
  • Disqualification
    The following individuals are not eligible to win:
    a) Anyone under debt review or in the process of applying for debt review;
    b) Directors, members, partners, agents, employees, consultants, or contractors of the PayJustNow group of companies or any supplier of goods or services related to the competition;
    c) Immediate family members (spouse, life partner, parent, child, or sibling) of the individuals listed in (b).
  • Compliance and Verification
    The winner will be required to provide valid proof of identity and any other documentation required under law. PayJustNow reserves the right to withhold the prize if legal requirements prevent its distribution.
  • Tax Implications
    The winner may be liable for any tax implications arising from their prize. It is the participant’s responsibility to seek advice from the relevant tax authorities.
  • Publicity and Marketing
    PayJustNow may use the winner’s name, likeness, and/or photograph in marketing and promotional materials, unless the winner notifies PayJustNow in writing that they object. No remuneration will be paid for such use.
  • Additional Information
    PayJustNow may request additional information from winners in order to validate and process their prize.
  • Right to Modify or Cancel
    PayJustNow reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend a competition or change its rules at any time if necessary due to error, unforeseen circumstances, or to prevent unfair advantage or prejudice.
  • Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
    The prize is awarded “as is” and PayJustNow disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of the prize.
  • Indemnity
    By entering a competition, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayJustNow (including its directors, employees, agents, and representatives) from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the competition or acceptance of a prize.
  • No Guarantee of Winning
    Entry into a competition does not guarantee that you will win. Prizes are limited and are awarded based on the terms of each competition.
  • Waiver of Rights
    If a competition is cancelled or suspended, entrants agree to waive any rights they may have and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against PayJustNow, its employees, agents, or sponsors.
  • Breach of Rules
    Any breach of these terms may result in immediate disqualification.
